Title: SOA Integration Developer III

Main Objective: Responsible for architecting, developing and supporting integrations across multiple application platforms including SAP, Salesforce, Oracle Agile and other systems using multiple middleware solutions including SAP PI/PO, Oracle SOA, Mulesoft and others.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Build and support both new and existing integrations.
  2. Develop in multiple integration environments including SAP PI/PO, Oracle SOA, Mulesoft, etc.
  3. Align with other developers to ensure that operations are aligned with design/development process.
  4. Development of medium to complex integration mapping using XSL, XLST technology.
  5. Review monitoring process for abnormalities and propose improvement in regards to guarantee availability and performance
  6. Work cohesively with a blended team of geographically dispersed internal and external resources
  7. Mentorship of more junior developers
  8. Work effectively with members from different departments during all stages of software development lifecycle.
  9. Perform Technical code reviews of other integration developers
  10. Work with support team in troubleshooting escalated issues.
  11. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

    Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years integration development experience required
  • Bachelors Degree required.  Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Experience developing robust, scalable data integrations with ESB and BPEL (or equivalent) platform required
  • Experience working with medium to complex XSLT mapping and XPath expressions & functions required
  • Experience integrating with ERP Technologies (ex: SAP) preferred
  • Experience with commercial middleware platform (i.e. SAP PI/PO, Oracle SOA, Mulesoft or similar) preferred
  • Solid understanding of complex Data Structures (XSD and XML)
  • Experience working in a Production Support role in a large Enterprise environment  
  • Experience integrating with API and Web Services (Ex. Salesforce, AWS…) preferred
  • Experience working with relational databases preferred
  • Experience in EDI message integrations preferred
  • Experience implementing SOA design principles and best practices
  • Ability to work effectively with little supervision and strong attention to detail in a team environment.
  • Individual must be highly motivated and self-directed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
