This Operations Manager will oversee, manage and provide direction to the Sutures Manufacturing department that will effectively and profitably meet or exceed the internal and /or external client’s expectations by providing superior quality products and services. This position requires an assertive problem solver who is a change agent and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This position also requires someone able develop teams to implement change in a rapidly growing organization. Excellent analytical and communication skills, experience in lean manufacturing, demonstrated experience in supervising exempt level team, and a Bachelors’ degree will be essential for this position.
