Please note: This is a fulltime, summer internship that is not benefit eligible.

Main Objective:

To introduce the intern to the intricacies of marketing technologies and how to support them. Through this support, the intern will learn how to communicate with customers, including learning to read between the lines of the customers issues, and how to write documentation that will educate team members on what the standard operating procedures are for various issues. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Level 0 Support tickets – ex. new accounts, inactivation of accounts, indd issues, uploading and downloading files issues
  • Provide suggestions of improvements for the systems based on customers comments and tickets.
  • Helping create or update team documentation ex. how to complete Level 0 tickets.
  • Helping update support tickets based on the new reporting and documentation standards. 
  • Help create or update documentation on the systems (ex. JIRA, MRM-DAM).

Education and Experience:

Progress towards a college degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Basic to intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
