Main Objective:

Management of team that provides enterprise-level Business Intelligence architecture solutions

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Management and mentorship of Global Business Intelligence Center of Excellence
  • Analyze and evaluate existing configurations and strategy
  • Analytics for SAP environment as well as non-SAP environments, primarily using SAP tools and Microsoft Power BI
  • Participate in requirements gathering and refinement sessions
  • Develop future state strategies, roadmaps, and initiatives that are aligned with Arthrex’s goals and vision
  • Create an environment that is supportable, secure, and scalable
  • Meet regularly with Business Relationship Management team and PMO Manager to ensure alignment of projects and job jar activities
  • Budgetary responsibility for BI COE, including forecast and roadmap
  • Participate in architectural decisions and provide input to enterprise architecture team

Education and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience with enterprise Business Intelligence
  • 5+ years direct management/supervisory experience
  • Experience with SAP, SAP BW and HANA preferred
  • Experience in non-SAP tool support (Microsoft Power BI preferred)
  • Experience with managing relationships and deliverables across global IT and business organizations
  • Understanding and experience in Analytics / BI storage architecture including data warehousing, data lake, OLAP design, machine learning and augmented BI
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics or related field required
  • Advanced Degree a plus
  • Experience with all aspects of the data warehouse architecture: Data Sourcing, Populating Architecture , End User Access, Architecture, Metadata Architecture, Security Architecture
  • Fluent in industry-proven architectural techniques
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of associates in the organization
  • Experience in an FDA Validated environment a plus (Life sciences experience desirable)

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
  • PMP certification is a plus

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC servers, workstations and laptops. Work with standard Microsoft environment computer applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio
