Main Objective:

Management and support of Arthrex SAP PP & QM applications stack, including but not limited to ECC and Business Objects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages and mentors SAP Application Analysts in the PP & QM areas
  • Manages projects for SAP PP & QM Applications activities; ensuring task deadlines for COE team is met, and maintaining high performance on SLAs for Support
  • Performs Failure Modes and Effects Analysis for proposed changes on key systems, to ensure high performance on SLAs for Uptime
  • Assists in investigation of new systems and planning of upgrades
  • Ensures team is maintaining documentation and change control
  • Meets regularly with Business Relationship Management team for PP & QM areas and PMO Manager to ensure alignment of projects and job jar activities
  • Forecast and roadmap responsibility for SAP PP & QM areas
  • Participates in architectural decisions and provide input to enterprise architecture team

Education and Experience:

  • 10+ years experience with SAP PP & QM Applications required
  • 5+ years direct management/supervisory experience required
  • Experience managing at least two full-cycle SAP implementations
  • Vast hands-on experience on configuring/customizing SAP PP & QM modules.
  • Experience in global companies running SAP on single instance preferred
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field required
  • MBA Preferred
  • Experience in an FDA Validated environment preferred
  • Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment required (Medical Device Manufacturing experience desirable)

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
  • APICS certification, Six Sigma Black Belt, or PMP certification are a plus
  • Programming knowledge in any of the following are a plus: SQL, ABAP, .NET, JAVA

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC servers, workstations and laptops. Work with standard Microsoft environment computer applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
