Main Objective: This position under the direction of the Field Operations Territory Manager will coordinate various field operations initiatives/processes, run reports and present data to monitor the progress of these initiatives, and facilitate communication to Arthrex Agencies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage aspects of the Sports Dx Inventory control policy including the retrieval of expired or soon to expire field inventory
  2. Process billing associated to the expired inventory in the field and create and maintain reporting to monitor this policy and implementation.
  3. Send out agency Field Notices as directed by the Field Operations Team and or Manager.
  4. Track all complaints from the field for mis-shipments from Arthrex to the field and create and maintain reports to monitor this for the Field Operations Team
  5. Track damaged product returned for scrap and billed to agencies because the agency damaged the product and create and maintain monitoring reports.
  6. Create inventory reports as needed for the Field Operations Territory Manager upon request.
  7. Assist with field inventory reconciliation planning and reporting.
  8. Assist Territory Operations Manager with identifying inventory for potential field location and or reduction.
  9. Assist the FLS team with any special projects as approved by supervisor.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of consignment inventory/safety stock levels.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Strong Customer Service skills required.
  • Thorough understanding of standard billing processes required
  • Two years’ experience with inventory processes or 2 years with Arthrex required.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Experience with SAP preferred. Knowledge of SAP Success Factors a plus.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

Knowledge of computers and other office machines.
