Main Objective:

To work in coordination with the Exhibits and Labs Department to support events throughout the Country. To assist with procurement of equipment within the SAP environment as well as the day to day operations within the department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance of the inventory/database in SAP to ensure its status is appropriate to support the demands of the department.
  • Responsible for picking all offsite equipment requests/orders and staging them with the assigned associate for packing.
  • Responsible for the daily washing of all instrumentation as required by policy.
  • Responsible for the collection of all outbound and inbound freight and distribute to the proper person or locations.
  • Assist with the procurement and distribution of all inventory necessary to support the department on a daily basis.
  • Develop and maintain exhibit and lab checklists and other reference materials as necessary.
  • Take over duties for any team member during their absence and help team members when necessary.
  • Responsible for daily cleaning and organizing of the department and ensuring a safe work environment.

Education and Experience:

High school Diploma or equivalent required

1 years experience in inventory control required

Sitdown PIT experience required

SAP knowledge preferred but not required

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Good communication skills, well organized, proficient in Microsoft Office.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PCs and software as needed.
