Main Objective:

Oversight and support of Arthrex applications, primarily Salesforce, MS .Net, SOA, plus other Web and EAI systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and mentorship of Apps Development team, including Business Analysts, Application Analysts, and Developers
  • Provide Salesforce functional and technical guidance to both GIS and the business
  • Ensuring project and task deadlines for team are met, and maintaining timely delivery for assignments
  • Assisting in investigation of new systems and planning of upgrades
  • Project and program management for both departmental and enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Ensure team is maintaining documentation and change control
  • Analyze business process potentials for streamlining and improvements in efficiencies
  • Meet regularly with GIS Management to solicit feedback on priorities and strategy
  • Work closely to design a vendor strategy, and to ensure chosen vendor(s) are providing needed deliverables to an acceptable level of quality

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Management or related field required
  • 7+ years Salesforce experience required
  • 2+ years direct management/supervisory experience required
  • 4+ years managing external vendors preferred

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Expertise in one or more of the following Salesforce product lines: Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-departmental projects and build solid business relationships
  • Salesforce Administration or Development certification preferred

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC servers, workstations and laptops.  Microsoft environment. Work with standard current computer applications, word processing, spreadsheets, Visio, TFS, MS Project
