Main Objective:           

The Associate Marketing Operations System Analyst’s role is to help the Marketing Operations Support (MOS) team in the operational workflow of marketing technologies such as the Marketing Resources Management (MRM), Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Ticketing systems. 

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Document and resolve support tickets.
  • Assist in creating and updating training and reference guides for end users.
  • Collaborate with onsite and offsite technical support for issues.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • IT Support experience preferred.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Knowledge and understanding of marketing principles preferred.
  • Superb organizational skills and proven ability to successfully manage multitude of tasks, projects and information simultaneously.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Must have excellent judgment, be highly motivated and detail oriented.
  • Must be able to work independently and also be team-oriented, reliable and dependable.
  • Spanish and/or German language skills a plus.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

  • Macintosh or PC platform.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign, preferred.
  • Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft SharePoint skills desired.

    Reasoning Ability:

    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.  Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in written or diagram form and deal with abstract and concrete variables. Ability to develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.  Refers to policies and practices for guidance. ­­­

Mathematical Skills

Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements. 

Language and Communication Skills:

Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above.  Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management.  Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
