***Please note, the hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm.

Main Objective:

Process delivered orders.  Answer incoming phone calls from Agency offices and their personnel.  Receive and process requests from all agency personnel including reports, returns, and other various transactions. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Answer incoming phone calls from Agency personnel
  • Process daily Agency Instrument Credit Report
  • Run daily VD Block report
  • Investigate daily PGI report
  • Review emails and save incoming documents to be processed by Agency Billing team
  • Process manual issue orders as required
  • Receive and process requests from assigned Agencies including returns, and Agency adjustments
  • Ensure Arthrex Agency personnel are adhering to required Arthrex Quality Management  procedures
  • Identify and report any non-compliant incidents to Agency Billing Supervisor or ABS/CSLR Manager
  • Process Loaner Return materials for returned loaner sets
  • Assist AR in processing consignment related credits

Education and Experience:

High school diploma required, Associates Degree a plus.  Strong customer service phone skills and data entry experience required. 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Intermediate Level Excel required.  Must be able to multi-task and prioritize duties as business needs dictate.  Ability to type 45 wpm required.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills: 

PC, Database, MS Office; Office equipment.
